Rovers return to away action after three successive home fixtures for the trip to Bournemouth.

Danny Thompson's side will be aiming to bounce back from a disappointing midweek defeat at the hands of Fareham Town, which ended a six-match unbeaten run.

Baffins went behind five minutes before the break as Josh Benfield found the target via the far post. Full-back Rob Evans was dismissed five minutes after the interval as Rovers failed to complete a league double over the Creeksiders.

Evans will be available for this fixture, though, with the trip to Dorset coming too quickly for his three-match ban to be processed. Meanwhile, Tom Vincent — who suffered shocking facial injuries during January's match with Bemerton — could return to the matchday squad.

Saturday's opponents have struggled so far this campaign, and sit just three points above Pagham in the nearest drop zone position. After defeat at Nyetimber Lane last month, the Poppies have won back-to-back league fixtures — against Fareham and basement club Alresford Town.

It was a Baffins victory when the two sides met previously this campaign. Jason Parish, Steve Ramsey — now back at AFC Portchester —, Ed Sandes and Joe Johnson were all on target in a comfortable 4-1 victory.

You can watch Baffins take on Bournemouth at Victoria Park, BH9 2RA, on Saturday 11 March (3pm kick-off). Tickets are priced £7 adults and £3 concessions.

Can't make the clash? Full matchday updates will be provided across the club's social media channels.
