Danny Thompson's side make the trip across the Solent on Saturday.
Baffins make the Saturday trip to Cowes Sports fresh from booking their spot in the Wessex League Cup final at Andover Town on Tuesday night.
Tom Vincent returned to the pitch after a lengthy spell on the sidelines to net an early breakthrough, but David Jerrard's second-half leveller forced penalties at Portway.
But, the away side didn't miss from the spot, and Vincent secured passage to the showpiece after Roux Hardcastle's penalty-saving heroics denied Malachi Johnson's effort.
Now Baffins return to league action, seven days after breaking into the Wessex League's top six for the first time this campaign with a comfortable 2-0 victory at Bournemouth. Youngster Liam Brewer bagged a brace after the break on a terrible pitch at Victoria Park to secure three points.
Rovers travel to the Isle of Wight on Saturday aiming to complete a league double over their opponents, after Vincent struck a brace in a 3-0 win in the reverse fixture at PMC Stadium back in December.
Rob Evans (suspended) and Dillon North (unavailable) won't make the trip across the Solent, whilst Vincent is pushing for his first league start since January 21.
