Baffins Milton Rovers Football Club lifted the inaugural Louis Bell Memorial Cup on Sunday.

The day began with Baffins taking on Louis Jr Select XI and Danny Burroughs netted in each 20-minute half to secure passage to the final.

Baffins Old Boys XI booked their place in the final after cruising to a 3-0 victory over Pompey Charity Squad, before Pompey took on Louis Jr Select XI in the third-place play-off, with the latter side securing the bronze medal.

It was past versus present in the showpiece event, with the current Baffins side winning the tournament thanks to a single goal from captain Harvey Wellham.
