At Baffins Milton Rovers Football Club, our aim is to provide exceptional footballing opportunities for children and teenagers in the Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

Established in 2017 following the first-team's promotion to the Wessex League top-flight, our youth set-up began with a small number of teams. Since then, Baffins has experienced significant growth in our youth section. We now proudly offer teams across the majority of age groups, providing more young players with the chance to develop their skills and passion for football.

We were delighted to launch our girls' section in the summer of 2023 with our very first side. This exciting additional has rapidly expanded to include four girls' teams across various age groups between 10 and 12 years old, with ambitions for further growth in the future. 

​

Our comprehensive youth development programme caters to players from under 7s through to under 18s, offering a seamless progression for aspiring young footballers to potentially reach the first-team, who are currently at step-five of the non-league pyramid.
