Baffins scored twice but only one counted in a controversial encounter at Andover New Street.
Lewis Beale put Baffins ahead on the stroke of half-time, capitalising on a loose back pass to round Heath Bartram and fire home.
Andover levelled soon after the restart before Danny Burroughs thought he scored from Jason Parish's low cross on 54 minutes. The ball crossed the line, but after a conversation with the referee and linesman, a corner was given.
Baffins did have a chance to ensure all three points late on, but Bartram made a good stop to deny Parish from the penalty spot.
