Baffins were comfortable at Fawcetts Fields, but only managed a single-goal victory at New Milton Town.
Rovers made three changes from the side that romped to a 7-1 victory over Bemerton Heath Harlequins in the previous clash, the same scoreline Baffins recorded against New Milton in the meeting at PMC Stadium last month.
Connor Messenbird returned from suspension alongside Kieran Clark and David Smith-Alferez, who also came into the side for the trip to the New Forest.
Baffins nearly took the lead inside ten minutes as Charlie Bell's low corner found the feet of Lewis Beale, whose flick-on almost found Ed Sanders six yards from goal, but the centre-half couldn't poke the ball home.
Rovers didn't dwell on the early missed opportunity though, with Fin Bello winning a free-kick on the side of the New Milton box, allowing for set-piece specialist Bell to catch goalkeeper Danny Dixon out at his near post.
Baffs had a number of chances to extend their lead in the New Forest, but just couldn't find a way though - meaning shop-stopper Dylan Kramer was needed in the closing stages to deny the hosts a late leveller.
