Baffins battled from behind to secure passage to the Isuzu FA Vase First Round Proper at Hamble Club.
The hosts took the lead midway through the first half with James Johnson heading home from a corner. But, just ten minutes later, Jason Parish turned the Hamble goalscorer to find space for a strike at goal - which dipped in to equalise.
Rovers were reduced to ten men temporarily as Kieran Clark was sin-binned on 55 minutes in a stop-start second half. But that didn't stop Stiles and Powell's men from going ahead in the tie with Florjet Vucaj thumping home a header from Steve Ramsey's pin-point corner.
Former Baffins full-back Jack Francis was shown a straight red card for Hamble late on after a late challenge on substitute Archy Ford. Rovers saw out the final moments of the clash to ensure their place in the First Round Proper draw.
